Before we get to Telenor web self service here is a brief introduction: Telenor A / S is the leading telecommunications company in Norway and the largest in Scandinavia. The former owner Danish Sonofon and Cyber City previously operated under the name of Telenor. Furthermore owned CBB BiBoB, Tele2 and Canal Digital. In 2007, Telenor had a turnover of 92.5 billion. It was based on that Telenor now owns mobile operators in Norway, Denmark (formerly Cingular Wireless, formerly Cyber City, CBB Mobile, Tele2 and Canal Digital), Sweden, Ukraine, Hungary, Montenegro, Serbia, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. On the Internet business is owned various companies in Norway and Sweden (Bredbandsbolaget and Glocalnet).
Recently the Pakistani group launches a Unique service – Telenor Web Self Service or simply WSS to faciliates its coustomers.

The Service is for both Telenor Prepaid and Telenor Postpaid customers.
There are no subscription charges or any other hidden charges.
